Site content
The Site is owned and operated by Electrica Group LLC. It contains text, graphics, images, logos and other materials (the Content) owned by or licensed to the Company. The Content is provided for information purposes and may not be copied, reproduced or modified without the Company's prior written consent.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our products, services and prices and to place orders. It is prohibited to use the Site (a) to directly solicit the Company's customers or partners, (b) to interfere with the operation of the Site, (c) to violate applicable law, or (d) to collect data by automated means.
Prices and orders
Prices on the Site are in Armenian drams and include VAT. The Company may change prices without prior notice, but the price of an order that has already been confirmed does not change. An order is considered accepted once our staff confirm it by phone or e-mail.
Made-to-order products
Some products are available only by pre-order and are not held in stock. Delivery of such products may take 3 to 60 working days depending on the supplier's or manufacturer's terms. Please do not make payment until our staff confirm availability and the delivery time. Payment may be required in full or in part, as agreed.
Delivery
Products in stock are delivered within 3 working days of the order being placed. For made-to-order products the period may be up to 60 days. Details are on the Delivery and Payment page.
Returns and warranty
Returns, exchanges and warranty service are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Consumer Rights and are described on the Returns and Exchange and Warranty pages.

Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to other websites that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the content or data-processing practices of those sites.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and the Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but technical errors cannot be ruled out. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
